Share a project
with a teammate

Want a partner, a co-founder, or your designer to help edit an Adorie site? Invite them by email. They can edit — you stay the owner, and publishing, domains and billing all remain with you.

How to invite someone

Three taps for you, one sign-in for them.

1

Ask them to sign in once

Your collaborator needs their own Adorie account first. Have them go to adorie.app and sign in once with the email you'll invite. (This is why we can only invite people who already have an account.)

2

Open your project → Share access

Open the project you want to share. In the builder's top bar, click 👥 Share access.

3

Enter their email → Add

Type their email (the same one they signed in with) and click Add. You'll see Added ✓ and their name appear in the list. That's it.

4

They open it from "Shared with me"

On their account, the project now appears in the left sidebar under Shared with me. They open it and start editing — changes save to the same project you both see.

Let someone else edit this project. They edit, you stay the owner.

Who can do what

💳 Edits are billed to you. Because the project is yours, any credits a collaborator spends editing come from your account — never theirs. Nothing to set up; it just works this way.

Good to know

A few common questions.

“No Adorie account uses that email.”
The person you're inviting hasn't signed in to Adorie with that email yet. Ask them to visit adorie.app and sign in once with that exact email, then try adding them again.
Use the email they actually sign in with
Invite the email your collaborator logs in with (for example, their Google email). If they signed up through WhatsApp, make sure they've verified their real email in Adorie first — that's the one to invite.
Removing access
Open 👥 Share access again and click Remove next to their name. They lose access immediately, and the project disappears from their Shared with me.
Can two people edit at the same time?
You can both open the project, but edits save one at a time — whoever sends the last change wins. For now it's best to take turns rather than edit the same section simultaneously.
How many people can I add?
Add as many collaborators as you need, per project. Sharing is set per-project, so a person you add to one site won't automatically see your others.

Ready to collaborate?

Open a project, hit “Share access,” and bring your team in.
